A study by Line et al (2010) conducted a study comparing NPs and physicians in the treatment of patients visiting the ER for minor illness and injuries. They found overall there was no significant difference was between the ENP and physician groups in terms of missed injuries or inappropriate management. ER NP.pdf (116421)
